Ingredients
  

Air Fried Jerk Thighs Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in , skinless chicken thighs
  • 2 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp adobo all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 tbsp complete seasoning
  • 1 tbsp mushroom soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp browning

Pasta

  • 250g fusilli pasta

Salad Ingredients

  • ¼ cup arugula salad , for each jar
  • cup cucumber , for each jar
  • cherry tomatoes , halved for each jar
  • 1 handful green bell peppers , diced
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries

Ranch Dressing

  • ¼ cup dill , chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken

  • Begin by marinating the chicken breasts in Jamaican jerk seasoning. Rub the seasoning over the chicken, ensuring it's well-coated. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes to infuse those bold flavors.

Cook the Pasta

  • While the chicken marinates, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fusilli pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set it aside to cool.

Preheat the Air Fryer

  • Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes to ensure it's hot and ready for cooking.

Air Fry the Chicken

  • Once the air fryer is hot, put the seasoned chicken thighs in the air fryer basket. Put them in a single layer, skin-side down, leaving space between them for air.
  • Cook the chicken thighs at 380°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.

Flip and Continue Cooking

  • After 10 minutes, flip the chicken thighs. Use tongs or a spatula to cook them.
  • Cook the chicken thighs for 8-10 more minutes. Cook until they reach 165°F (75°C) and the skin is golden brown and crispy.

Prepare the Dressing

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and lime juice. Add the onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and well combined. Adjust the seasoning according to your taste preferences.

Assemble the Salad

  • The salad has arugula, tomatoes, cucumbers, and bell peppers. It also has pasta, chicken, walnuts, and dried cranberries. They are in glass jars with creamy dressing.

Chill and Serve

  • Cover the salad bowl with jar lids. Refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes. This allows the flavors to meld and the salad to chill.
