Beetroot Watermelon Juice (Iron-Boosting Drink)

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon , cubed
  • 1 medium beetroot , peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Ice , optional
  • Mint leaves , for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
  • Wash, peel, and chop the beetroot into smaller pieces. Cube the watermelon.
  • Step 2: Blend or Juicer
  • Add the watermelon, beetroot, ginger, lime juice, and water to a blender. (don't add water to the juicer)
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3: Strain (Optional)
  • If you prefer a smoother juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.
  • If you enjoy fiber-rich juices, leave it unstrained.
  • Step 4: Serve Cold
  • Pour over ice and garnish with mint or lime slices.
  • Enjoy immediately for the freshest flavor.
