Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • 1/8 cup of onions
  • 1/8 cup of Sweet Pepper
  • 1/2 cup of kale
  • 1 cap full of hot sauce optional
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Salt
  • 1 tbsp of Olive Oil or butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil on medium low heat and add chopped onions and peppers
  • Sauté onions and peppers then add kale. Stir kale with onions and peppers until cooked to desired texture
  • In a separate bowl whisk egg with black pepper, salt and your favorite hot sauce (or red pepper flakes)
  • Turn heat on low and Bring all ingredients together in the center of the pot
  • Slightly pour beaten egg all over and around the ingredients until fully covered, you can also tilt pot all around to make the egg fully cover your ingredients
  • Let egg cook for 2-3 minutes then flip. Add cheese an let cook for another minute
  • Fold egg in half and flip on each side for 30 seconds And your Ready to enjoy !!
