Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bottle cream soda
  • cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ½ tsp ground allspice
  • ½ cup condensed milk to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ice Cream Base

  • In a large bowl, whisk the heavy cream until nice and fluffy with medium peaks
  • Stir in the vanilla extract, nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice

Add the Cream Soda

  • Slowly pour in the cream soda, stirring gently to combine. Be careful not to stir too vigorously to avoid losing the carbonation.
  • Add in condensed milk to taste.

Freeze the Ice Cream
