Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 pack arugula
  • 3 whole tangerines (peeled and segmented)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries

Quick Citrus Honey Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh tangerine juice (or orange juice)
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper

Toppings

  • ΒΌ cup crispy lentils
  • pumpkin seeds ant amount as desired
