1 1/2 bottles of Dragon Stout Beer 1 quart of Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp of Cinnamon Powder 1/2 tsp of Nutmeg 3 drops of Almond Extract 3 drops of Rum Extract 1 tbsp vanilla 1 can of coconut condensed milk
Whip-heavy whipping cream.
To a bowl add, dragon stout, condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract, and rum extract.
Mix it well and add it to the heavy whipped cream.
Fold it in the whipped cream, until it is well combined.
Add ice cream to a metal or glass dish and cover with cling wrap then, place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours or overnight for best results.
