  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 tsp instant yeast (or 1 packet)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 cups warm water (110°F / warm to the touch)

  • ¼ cup milk (replace part of the water for a softer loaf)

  • Add 3 cups of flour, 3 tbsp of sugar, 1½ tsp salt, and 2 tsp yeast to a large bowl.
