Melt the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. ( cool for 5 mins)
Remove bars from molds.
Dip halfway into chocolate.
Sprinkle with crushed peanuts.
Freeze 15 to 20 minutes until set.
Serve and enjoy.
How to make Jamaican Peanut Punch
Add the peanuts irish moss, supligen, condensed milk, vanilla, nutmeg, cinnamon, guiness and salt to a blender.
Blend until until creamy and fully combined.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
