Cook the pasta in seasoned boiling water according to package directions until al dente (season pasta water with 1 tsp olive oil, salt, and 1 tsp complete seasoning. SAVE 1 CUP OF PASTA WATER.
While the pasta is cooking, prepare the sauce.

Add the rum to the pan, tomato paste mix, and then add tomato sauce from the can. Place the tomatoes in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes over medium-low heat.
Stir in the heavy cream and parmesan cheese and simmer for another 5 minutes or until thickened. Season the sauce with complete seasoning, adobo, onion powder, garlic powder oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to taste.
Place the pasta in the pt and toss to coat. Sprinkle with basil, parmesan cheese, and red pepper flakes (optional), then serve.
