2 ½– 3 lbs chicken wings (whole or separated into flats & drumettes) ½ cup jerk marinade 1 lime or lemon
Marinate the Wings Soak wings with water and lemon for 5 mins
Rinse with water and Pat wings dry with paper towels.
Place wings in a large bowl or zip-top bag.
Pour jerk marinade over wings and toss to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight for the best flavor.
