1½inchpiece of fresh turmeric root(or 1 tsp turmeric powder)
1pinchblack pepper
Instructions
Preparation: Wash and peel the orange, lemon, ginger, and turmeric.
Juicing: Add all ingredients to a juicer or a high-speed blender. If using a blender, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth for a smoother shot.
Enhance: Add a pinch of black pepper to activate the curcumin in turmeric.
Serve: Pour into small shot glasses and enjoy immediately.
