12ozvegan chicken strips(soy-based, seitan, or soy curls)

For the Vegan Alfredo Sauce
1cupraw cashews, soaked and drained
1¼cupscoconut milk(or almond milk)
3tbspnutritional yeast
2clovesgarlic
1tbspvegan butter or olive oil
½tsponion powder
1tspjerk seasoning ,add more for more heat
½tspsalt(adjust to taste)
¼tspblack pepper
For the Pasta
12ozfettuccine, penne, or linguine pasta
Water, for boiling
Salt, for pasta water

½cupsliced bell peppers

Instructions
