Watermelon Rum Punch Recipe

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh watermelon , cubed
- 1 cup white rum (Wray & Nephew or your fave)
- ½ cup dark rum (Appleton or Myers’s)
- 1 fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup ginger juice
- 7 whole all spice (pimento)
- ½ cup pineapple juice fresh or bottle
- ¼ cup orange juice fresh or bottle
- ¼ cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 can Ginger Lime Poppi
- 1 can Orange Cream Poppi
- Splash of grenadine (for color)
- Ice
- Fresh mint , lime wheels, and watermelon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Blend or juice the watermelon until smooth. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you want it pulp-free.
- In a big pitcher or punch bowl, mix the watermelon juice, rums, lime juice, pineapple juice, orange juice, and simple syrup. Stir to mix well.
- Add ice and chill until ready to serve.
- Right before serving, pour in a splash of grenadine to add color.
- 5. Serve over ice, garnish with mint and lime, and enjoy!
