Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup scallion (green onions), chopped
  • ½ cup fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 medium onion , chopped
  • 4-5 cloves garlic
  • 1 green sweet bell pepper , chopped
  • ¼ cup ginger choppes
  • 10-12 whole all spice (pimento) or ½ tsp ground allspice
  • 1 Scotch bonnet pepper (seeds removed for less heat, optional)
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley , chopped
  • ½ fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (optional, helps emulsify)
  • 1 tsp salt (adjust to taste) (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until smooth or slightly chunky, depending on preference.
  • Taste and adjust salt or acid as needed.
  • Transfer to a clean glass jar.
