Season Shrimp with Garlic salt, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper
Whisk mayonnaise and jerk sauce in another bowl and toss seasoned shrimp in it coating each shrimp.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place flour in a bowl and combine, Garlic salt, Paprika, Red Pepper Flakes, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper mix it well.
Gently press shrimp into flour to coat and shake off excess.
Don’t miss this step for extreme Crispness. Get a bowl of water and place a strainer in the bowl of water, then place the shrimp in the strainer. After the shrimp is covered in the water drain off excess water (see video below).
Gently place the shrimp back into the seasoned flour and make sure the shrimp is fully coated in flour.
Deep fry shrimp in preheated oil until golden brown, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer shrimp to a paper towel-lined platter to drain.
