Banana Bread instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 170 degrees Celsius
Mash your bananas in a bowl and add your egg, sugar, milk, almond flavor, rum extract, vanilla, and oil
Put the strainer on top of the banana mixing bowl and add your flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and siff into the banana mixture.
Mix the dry and wet ingredients be careful not to over mix!
Get your baking pan (4x 8 inches loaf pan)because it’s time to base it with your butter and flour! To your pan drop the butter in and use a basting brush(or wash your hands and use your hands or use gloves) base the whole pan then add 2 tbsp of flour and shake it until the butter is covered by the flour. This will guarantee your banana bread to slide out of the pan every time
Add your banana bread mixture to the pan you can add some cream cheese halfway if you want to. After you pour it in the in then add cream cheese to the top. To get the cream cheese to swirl just use a toothpick and move your hand in a circular motion.
Pop it in the oven for 50-60 mins
Cool the banana bread for a few minutes in the pan, then remove it from the pan and transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely
