Season your chicken wings
In a season the flour.
Coat your chicken in the seasoned flour.
In a large pan heat the oil then adds in garlic and pimento seeds.
Using tongs place the wings into the hot oil.
Cook until golden, for about 10 minutes(flip halfway through), or until desired crispiness.
Remove the wings onto a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil.
How to Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce In a small saucepan melt the butter on medium heat.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook on low for 2 minutes.
Then season the butter and garlic with the ingredients listed above.
Mix in a small bowl cornstarch and water.
Pour cornstarch mix into the pot and whisk it.
Add your cheese to the put and it comes to a bubble then pour it on top of the chicken.
Top it off with finely chopped chives and Enjoy !
