What is garlic parmesan sauce made of? Garlic parmesan sauce is made from butter, garlic, flour, herbs, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings. All of the ingredients are combined and heated to make a creamy sauce that is poured all over the wings.
Ingredients for Garlic Parmesan Wings
- Chicken wings
- Corn Starch
- Seasonings
- Chives
- Garlic
- Butter
- Flour
- Parmesan
How to make Garlic Parmesan Wings
- Season your chicken wings then season the flour.
- Coat your chicken in the flour.
- In a large pan heat the oil then adds in garlic and pimento seeds.
- Using tongs place the wings into the hot oil.
- Cook until golden, for about 10 minutes(flip halfway through), or until desired crispiness.
- Remove the wings onto a wire rack and place them on a paper towel to get rid of the excess oil.
THE SAUCE
- In a small saucepan melt the butter on medium heat.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook on low for 2 minutes.
- Then season it.
- Mix in a small bowl cornstarch and water.
- Pour it into the pot and whisk it.
- Add in your cheese then pour it on top of the chicken.
