Dragon Stout Ice Cream 1 bottles of Dragon Stout Beer (Or Guinness if you can't find stout) Shirley biscuits (as many as you need for the sandwiches) 3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream 1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder ½ tsp Nutmeg 3 drops Almond Extract Optional 3 drops Rum Extract Optional 1 tbsp vanilla 1 can can of coconut condensed milk or regular condensed milk
Make the Dragon Stout Ice Cream: Whip-heavy whipping cream until it's nice and fluffy
Add dragon stout, condensed milk, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, almond extract, and rum extract to the bowl.
Fold it in the whipped cream, until it is well combined.
Assemble the Sandwiches: Lay out the Shirley biscuits on a flat surface.
Place a scoop of Dragon Stout ice cream on one biscuit and gently press another biscuit on top to form a sandwich.
Repeat the process for the remaining sandwiches.
Pop it into the fridge and freeze overnight.
