Season your chicken and let it rest for at least 30 mins but overnight is best.
Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
While the oil is heating up. Grab a bowl and add flour, cornstarch, paprika, complete, black pepper, and chili powder.
Coat the wings in the flour shake off the excess and fry the wings for 9-12 mins. Then place it on a napkin to drain off excess oil. Repeat this until finished.
Place the wings in the baking dish and pour the sauce on the wings and place in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 min to infuse sauce into the wings! Then you are ready to serve
