Instructions
 

Cut the Chicken in Half and Clean

  • Using kitchen shears, remove the backbone and split the chicken down the middle. This helps the chicken cook evenly and ensures that every piece gets crispy, golden skin. Clean out guts and soak in lemon and vinegar water for 5-10 mins

Season Generously

  • Rub the chicken all over with green seasoning, adobo, garlic herb, Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Massage the seasoning under the skin and on all surfaces for maximum flavor.
