Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn
  • pinch of salt
  • Scotch Bonnet Butter:
  • ½ stick butter , melted
  • ½ Scotch bonnet pepper , finely minced
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter and dice up a scotch bonnet pepper. ( leave seeds out)
  • Mix butter, pepper, lime zest, and salt until blended.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Brush corn with oil and salt. Grill 8-10 min, turning often.
  • Slather with Scotch Bonnet Butter. Serve hot!
