Ingredients
  

  • Salmon
  • 1 tsp of Complete Seasoning
  • 1 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Adobo
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 6 cloves of Garlic
  • 2 tbsp of jerk sauce
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • 1 tsp of ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of green onions scallions
  • 1/4 cup of raw honey
  • 2 tbsp of Manuka honey
  • 1 cup of butter half for salmon, half for sauce

Instructions
 

Salmon paste Rub:

  • In a small bowl Complete Seasoning! Black Pepper,Adobo, Garlic Powder, jerk sauce, paprika and olive oil.
  • Soak salmon in water and lemon or lime for 5-10 minutes to get rid of the rawness.
  • then season your Salmon with salmon rub.
  • Add butter to a skillet and sear salmon on both sides then remove it from the pot and set it aside.

Honey Garlic Sauce

  • Chop up garlic,ginger and scallions and then the other half of butter to the pot. When the butter melts add honey,ginger,and soy sauce.
  • When it comes to a bubble then add the salmon to the pot and scoop the sauce all over the salmon. Let it simmer for 5 mins then garnish with scallions.
