Step 1
Wash then season your Salmon

Add butter to a skillet and sear salmon on both sides then remove it from the pot and set it aside.

Chop up garlic,ginger and scallions. Then add more butter to the pot. When the butter melts add honey,ginger,and soy sauce .


- Step 4
When the butter melts cook honey,ginger,and soy sauce until fragrant . After it comes down to a bubble then add the salmon to the pot and scoop the sauce all over the salmon. Let it simmer for 5 mins then garnish with scallions.

Ingredients
- Salmon
- 1 tsp of Complete Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp of Adobo
- 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
- 6 cloves of Garlic
- 2 tbsp of jerk sauce
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of ground ginger
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of green onions scallions
- 1/4 cup of raw honey
- 2 tbsp of Manuka honey
- 1 cup of butter half for salmon, half for sauce
Instructions
Salmon paste Rub:
- In a small bowl Complete Seasoning! Black Pepper,Adobo, Garlic Powder, jerk sauce, paprika and olive oil.
- Soak salmon in water and lemon or lime for 5-10 minutes to get rid of the rawness.
- then season your Salmon with salmon rub.
