How to Make Corned Beef Jamaican Style

Corned Beef Recipe Jamaican Style aka Bully Beef is one of our favorite quick meals. Easy to make and it’s delicious! Cooked up with mixed vegetables like peas, carrots and corn took it to the next level plus it makes it serve a lot more people when you add things like mixed vegetables or cabbage. Your kids will love it and so will you.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Can of Corned Beef
  • 1 whole Onion
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Pepper
  • 2 cloves of Garlic
  • 1 whole Tomato
  • Scotch Bonnet Pepper your preference
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetable corn, peas, carrot mix
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbspComplete Season
  • 1/4 cup of Ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Chop up onions, sweet pepper, scotch bonnet, tomato and garlic
  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion, tomatoes, scotch bonnet, and green pepper and sauté for about 3-5 minutes or until fragrant. Add garlic last so it doesn't burn and stir for about 1 minute.
  • Add corned beef, and stir. Add mixed veg, ketchup, and black pepper, and complete seasoning stir. Reduce heat and cook on medium for about 3-5 minutes., until the corned beef is heated all through.
  • Serve with white rice.
