Ingredients
  

  • Salmon
  • 1 tbsp Complete Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Adobo
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of Cumin

Ingredients to Season flour

  • 1 1/2 cups of Flour
  • 1 tbsp of Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of Complete seasoning
  • 1 tsp of Adobo
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

  • Take the skin off the salmon (optional) then dice the salmon up in cubes.
  • Wash Salmon in water and vinegar.
  • Season salmon with dry seasonings.
  • In a bowl add flour and season the flour.
  • Coat salmon in flour and fry until golden brown.
  • Place on a paper towel and soak off excess oil.
  • Now it's time to serve over mashed potatoes and topped with the escovitch pickle.
