How to make Oxtail Flatbread

- Oxtail about 8 pieces
- Oxtail gravy
- 1/4 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Green Bell Pepper
- 1/4 cup Red Bell Pepper
- Mozzarella Cheese Slices
- Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
- Italian Six Cheese Blend Fancy Shredded
- 3 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup warm water or more if needed
- 2 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil to brush dough
Cook your oxtail, debone, and chop it up into pieces.
In a bowl add flour, oil, salt, and water to form a dough let it rest for at least 30 mins.
Preheat the oven to 375° degrees.
Lightly flour your surface and then you can begin to shape and stretch the dough until it is 1/4 inch thick.
Don’t worry about the shape of the dough, just make sure it’s thin.
Prick a few holes with a fork. Drizzle it and brush it with olive oil.
Top it with the oxtail gravy it's okay if butter beans are in the gravy it's delicious with it.
Then add your cheeses Mozzarella Cheese Slices first then Mozzarella Cheese Shredded.
Place the chopped-up oxtail all over and top it with Italian Cheese Blend
Bake for 15-20 mins or until the crust and toppings are brown to your liking.
