½ head head purple cabbage thinly sliced ½ head white cabbage thinly sliced 4-5 medium carrots cut grated ¼ cup of sugar ¼ cup of vinegar ⅛ cups of water 1 tbsp of Olive Oil
Cut cabbage into thin strips.
Place all vegetables in the large mixing bowl or Tupperware container
Mix sugar and vinegar.
Add just a splash of olive oil.
Mix solution into the cabbage and other vegetables.
