Bring a pot of water(your desired amount) to a boil with the goat head, garlic, onion, thyme, scallion, and pimento berries. Also season it with 3 tbsp black pepper, and 4 tbsp complete seasoning.
After 1-2 hours your goat head should be soft or 30 mins to an hour in the pressure cooker. Remove the goat head and chop it up into pieces.
Place pumpkin in the pot and boil until soft or dissolved. The pumpkin should have broken down.
Add back the goat head and ram it up seasoning to the pot.
While that is boiling chop up your roots and vegetables such as Carrots, Corn, Scallions, Onion, Potatoes, Yellow Yam, Chayote (Cho-Cho), Cocoyam, and Turnip and place them in a bowl of fresh water so that they don’t change color.
After the pumpkin and goat head is boiled add in the scotch bonnet, Cho Cho, dasheen, carrots, turnip, yellow yam, and thyme.
Then, season the pot with complete seasoning, adobo, black pepper, and salt.
Make your dumpling aka spinners.
Once all of the ingredients have been added reduce the heat to medium, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes until the soup thickens up.
Add in your corn, okra, banana, potatoes, and ram cock soup mix and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Place spinners into the boiling pot of soup.
And boil for 5 minutes then serve hot.
