1can of Red kidney beansor you can boil 1 1/2 cup of kidney beans from scratch

Instructions
Add the turkey neck to the pot
Add water until meat of fully covered.
Boil the meat until it’s tender(we boiled ours for 30-45 mins)
Throw off that water
Chop the necks in half of the pieces are too big
Add coconut milk to an empty pot

Add your turkey neck into the pot
Add Ginger

Spinners Instructions
Add 1 1/2 cup of flour to a bowl
Add 1/2 cup of water (add more of less depending on the amount)
Knead the dough
Take pieces of the dough and rub your hands together to form little dumplings. Shape dough by rolling with your hands, as if you are making a log like sausage.
