Always was hands before cooking
Wash Lamb Chops with water and vinegar then rinse.
Combine all dry seasonings to a bowl and mix it well.
Add 3/4 of your seasonings to the Lamb (save the rest for your sauce)
Let it marinate for at least 30mins (but if you can marinate overnight that would take it to a next level)
Add oil to pot
Add Lamb Chops to hot pot
Keep Lamb on 5-8min each side to get a nice brown char (on medium heat)
Add to oven or hot toaster oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit /176.7 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins
Step 8 has to do with your preferences we like ours well done
Take out your Lamb out of the oven
Add your sauce to the Lamb
And serve with what ever you like
Sauce
Grab sauce pot
Add onions to a hot sauce pot
Add sweet pepper to pot
Cook the onions and peppers until semi soft
Add water( tip: to get all your flavors fill the pan that had the seasoned meat in it.)
Add rest of dry seasonings
Add Ketchup
Add Buffalo Wild Wings Sauces(Honey BBQ , Asian Zing)
Mix it well
Add Sugar
Mix it well
Let your sauce simmer for about 5 mins
