Instructions
Marinate the chicken
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Jamaican jerk, Italian, complete seasoning, paprika, adobo, green seasoning, mushroom sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a large ziplock bag or a shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them.
- Massage the marinade into the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated.
- Seal the bag (or cover the dish with plastic wrap) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.
Preheat the oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Bake the chicken:

- Boil for 10-15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
- Pour the sauce on the chicken and place the chicken back in the oven for 30 mins turn the oven down to 350 degrees.
