Instructions
Instructions to pico de Gallo
cut-up tomatoes, onions, and cilantro
Mix all together then add black pepper
lime juice
Instructions to guacamole
cut avocados in half and scoop into bowls
Cut up onions and tomatoes
Add seasonings (black pepper and complete seasoning
Melted Cheese Instructions
Add butter to pot and melt, then add flour . After flour has come to a boil milk then cheese, stir until shredded cheese is melted
Instructions to Beef-less meat
cut up onions, sweet pepper, and garlic then add to a hot pot of Olive Oil.
When translucent add “meat” to the pot until brown for 6 mins add a cup of water to a pot.
Add bbq sauce, ketchup, and dry seasonings to pot (adobo, complete seasoning, Cayenne, and black pepper)
Let its simmer for 5 mins. After 5 mins turn the pot off
Now it’s time to plate !!
