The Best Plant-Based Beef-less Loaded Nachos
These Loaded Gardien Beef-less Nachos are very easy, super cheesy, and crazy delicious. Loaded with crisp tortilla chips, sweet plant-based beef-less meat, jalapeños, pica de Gallo, melted cheese, and guacamole, these beefless nachos will satisfy vegans and meat lovers!! The holidays are almost here and that means it’s time to start eating delicious finger foods! This is a perfect and easy appetizer that everyone will love!

- Gardien Vegan beef-less meat – which we season with Cayenne, adobo, complete seasoning, bbq sauce, and ketchup for some major flavor.
- CHEESE – We used a store-bought 4 cheese Mexican blend shredded in the pack; it has a combination of cheddar, Monterey Jack, asadero, and queso quesadilla cheese
- Jalapeños – this is all preference if you love the heat and flavor of the jalapeños
- Avocados – use 1-2 avocados
- Tomatoes and Cilantro– chop the tomatoes and Cilantro with onions add some black pepper to make your homemade pica de Gallo
Who doesn’t love crispy, crunchy, gooey nachos? It’s a holiday season and also NBA and football season! This appetizer is an absolute banger for anything! These are perfect for weekends and game days. I mean who doesn’t love nachos? These nachos we use real cheeses and tons of fresh, ingredients making it a delicious and satisfying recipe fit for dinner!

How to make Nachos?
- Brown beef-less meat: Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onions, sweet peppers, and garlic. Add beef-less in and cook, tossing occasionally until cooked through, about 6 minutes. Then add water ketchup and bbq sauce!
- Add tortilla chips
- Layer beef-less mixture and cheeses on nacho chips: Spoon mixture evenly over chips. Sprinkle both pieces of cheese over a plant-based beef-less layer.
- Melt cheese:( see instructions!)
- Add toppings: Top with “meat”, pico de gallo, cheese, guacamole, jalapeños,

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of onion1 bag tortilla chips
- Gardien beef-less meat
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp of Complete Seasoning
- 1 tsp of Adobo
- 1 tsp of Cayenne
- 1 tsp of Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 3 tbsp of BBQ sauce
- 3 tbsp of honey
- 1/4 cup of onions
- 1/4 cup of Sweet Pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
Ingredients for Pico de Gallo
- 1 medium tomato
- 1/4 cup of onions
- 3 tbsp of cilantro
- 1 tsp of black pepper
Ingredients to Guacamole
- 1-2 avocados
- 1/4 cup of tomatoes
- 1 tbsp of Black Pepper
- 1 tsp of Complete Seasoning
Ingredients Melted Cheese
- 2 cups OF Mexican Cheese Blend
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 4 tbsp of flour
- 1 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
Instructions to pico de Gallo
- cut-up tomatoes, onions, and cilantro
- Mix all together then add black pepper
- lime juice
Instructions to guacamole
- cut avocados in half and scoop into bowls
- Cut up onions and tomatoes
- Add seasonings (black pepper and complete seasoning
Melted Cheese Instructions
- Add butter to pot and melt, then add flour . After flour has come to a boil milk then cheese, stir until shredded cheese is melted
Instructions to Beef-less meat
- cut up onions, sweet pepper, and garlic then add to a hot pot of Olive Oil.
- When translucent add “meat” to the pot until brown for 6 mins add a cup of water to a pot.
- Add bbq sauce, ketchup, and dry seasonings to pot (adobo, complete seasoning, Cayenne, and black pepper)
- Let its simmer for 5 mins. After 5 mins turn the pot off
- Now it’s time to plate !!
