This Jerk Chicken Pot Pie is cozy comfort food at its best! 1cup* Frozen vegetablescarrots, corn, green beans, and green peas
3medium Irish Potatoeschope in small to medium pieces
1/2CupChicken Broth
1/4Cupall-purpose flour
1/2Cup Heavy Cream
1 tbspblack pepper

1/3Stick of Butter
2Cloves Garlic

Phyllo Dough
1Egg Whites
1Tsp Water
1tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Cook the chicken: Start by washing your chicken in water, like vinegar then rinse and pat the chicken dry.
Season your chicken thighs with jerk seasoning, pimento, adobo, black pepper, paprika, complete seasoning, dry time, and let it marinate overnight.
Then just add oil to a skillet and give the chicken a nice sear on both sides. Remove it from the pot and set it aside.
Make the filling: To the same pot add your butter, then onions, potatoes, and garlic last. It's time to bring this filling alive add flour, chicken stock, and heavy cream, and season with complete seasoning, adobo, black pepper, paprika, salt, and dried thyme.
As it thickens add your mixed vegetables and chop your chicken into small cubes and add it in.
Make the pie crust:
If you're intimidated by pie crusts, then definitely buy the crust as we did this saved time we used phyllo dough
If you're going the use the phyllo dough as we did. Mix egg white, olive oil, and water in a bowl and create layers by brushing the phyllo dough with the mixture we used 10 sheets then brushed the top to get a golden color.
Put it all together: Portion the filling into individual ramekins and top with a lid of pie crust. Bake until the pastry is golden brown and the filling is bubbly. Brush with butter and serve
