  • 3 medium beet
  • 5 medium carrots
  • 3 large red apple
  • 1 lemon (peeled)
  • 1- inch piece of fresh ginger
  • Optional: A splash of water if using a blender

Instructions
 

  • Prep the Ingredients: Wash all the produce thoroughly. Peel the beet, lemon, and ginger if desired. Carrots and apples can be juiced with their skins on.
  • Chop: Cut everything into smaller pieces that fit into your juicer chute or blender.

Juice or Blend

  • Juicer: Add all the ingredients to your juicer and collect the juice in a glass.
  • Blender: Blend everything with a small amount of water until smooth, then strain the mixture using a nut milk bag or fine mesh strainer.
