3-4 cans Sardines ¼ cup Onion diced ¼ cup Sweet Pepper diced ¼ cup Tomato diced ½ Scotch Bonnet Pepper optional 1 clove garlic finely minced 1 tsp green Seasoning optional 2 tbsp Black Pepper 1 tbsp Complete Seasoning 1 juice Lemon remove the seeds
Dice up the onion, sweet pepper, tomato, scotch bonnet pepper, and garlic.
Open your cans of sardines remove the bones if you want to then mash the sardines with a fork
Add oil to the sardine and lemon juice
Add in onion, sweet pepper, tomato, scotch bonnet pepper, garlic, green seasoning, black pepper, and complete seasoning.
Comibine all the ingredients and serve with crackers.
