For this recipe we used a homemade taco shell (UNLEAVENED BREAD RECIPE HERE) or warm up store-bought tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
Assemble your tacos by spooning the callaloo then black bean mixture onto each tortilla. We ate it plan nut feel free to ad these toppings diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, a squeeze of lime juice, and hot sauce (if desired).
