Hi, I’m Brithany Neath!

I was born and raised in Jamaica, and the food I cook here is the food I grew up on. When I came to the States I kept cooking it — the same pots, the same seasoning, the same Sunday rhythm — and Jerk Tavern grew out of that.

I’m a full-time mom, wife and cook. My days are filled with caring for my husband, Rackesh, and our son — and I love to travel. Everything you see here comes out of my own Florida kitchen — I cook it, I photograph it, I write it, and my family eats it.

So whether you’re homesick for a taste of home or you’ve never cooked Jamaican food a day in your life, you’re welcome at this table.

Most importantly, Yahshua (Jesus) is the center of our home and the foundation of everything we do.
