The Best BBQ Cauliflower Taco Ever
Cauliflower has become a staple for us on days when we just don’t feel like eating meat. And we have been feeling like that a lot lately. Sometimes you just need a cleanse from meat. And we also jump to cauliflower because you can do so much to it. This BBQ cauliflower Taco recipe is super simple and delicious. If you like cauliflower, then this recipe is perfect for you!

How to get your cauliflower taco crispy?
Cauliflower will absorb the oil and seasoning, it’s the perfect vehicle for creative flavorings because it soaks up flavors. When fried, the cauliflower has a moist, surprisingly meaty texture inside with a light crispy texture outside. We added mayonnaise to substitute for eggs and it gives it a great flavor and amazing crispiness!! But adding this homemade BBQ sauce to coat the cauliflower took this taco to the next level! Instead of frying your cauliflower just pop it in the oven to crisp up then add your sauce.

Toppings to put on your Cauliflower Taco?
In terms of the toppers for your cauliflower taco it is about preference, but we thinly shred purple cabbage it add a colorful crunch, and how we make our Jamaican Cabbage Salad pairs so well with tacos, which is countered by cool and creamy avocado. Additionally, fresh sliced grape tomatoes brighten up each bite, sprinkle some cheese(optional) and a final squeeze of lime juice lends a zippy finish.

“This is My commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you.”John 15:12 NKJV
In this world very few people show love. In this world people make it hard to love them. The things they say and how they behave. But Jesus commanded us all to love the way he loves us. He showed us true love by dying on the cross for our sins so we can be forgiven. We must show love towards all no matter what they say or do. Forgive them 70 times 7 because we don’t know what that other person might be going through. But a simple act of love can make a day brighter, or fill someone with joy and peace. The gospel of Christ and the Love he has for us is the greatest gift you can give someone for God is love. An if we love him we will keep his commandments.
