Cajun Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- Filet of Fresh Salmon
- 4 tbsp Louisiana Cajun
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Complete Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 cup of Oil add more if needed
Honey Butter Glaze
- ½ stick Butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp sugar or sweetened to taste
- 2 pegs garlic crushed
Instructions
- Peel skin off salmon (optional)
- Soak salmon with lime and vinegar in cold water for 5-10 mins, then it wash off in cold water
- Pat salmon dry and cut up your salmon into bite size pieces (small squares)
- In a bowl mix your dry rub seasonings: Louisiana Cajun, Chili, Ginger, Onion Cayenne Pepper, Complete seasoning, Salt and Black Pepper.
- Put your Canola Oil on in a pot to heat.
- One by one dip your salmon in and bowl and coat each side of the salmon.
- Add your Salomon in the pot and cook for 2-3 mins on each sides. Do this to all the pieces until done.
Make Honey Butter Glaze
- To a saucce pan add butter, honey,garlic and sugar.
- Bring to a bubble and pour it on salmon
- That’s it your all done serve with your favorite side.
