Beyond Beef Spaghetti Bolognese (Vegan)
Hubby and I are eating vegan/vegetarian for right now just to give our bodies a cleanse. So we have been trying out beyond meat and doing a whole bunch of different recipes beyond meat, and just vegan and vegetarian dishes. We have been making a lot so look out for those. But we feel so good in our bodies and sometimes a cleanse from carbs and meat are necessary. We have also been juicing a lot too. So we decided to give this Spaghetti Bolognese recipe a try. It’s not your typical Bolognese recipe but super tasty and healthy at the same time. There’s nothing more comforting than a warm bowl of meaty, pasta. The vegan spaghetti Bolognese tastes just like pasta satisfying to meat lovers like me and my husband. But plant-based to satisfy vegetarians or vegans too.
Are plant-based beef products healthy?
The two best plant-based beef products on the market based on taste tests, are Impossible Burger and Beyond Beef. The taste, texture, and nutrition are very similar to ground beef! Are they healthier than ground beef? No, not really. Beyond Beef and regular ground beef have about the same calories and fat (although Beyond Beef has less saturated fat). Beyond Beef has more fiber and a bit less protein than ground beef. The downside is that these products are highly processed with a long list of additives. So this meatless meal cannot be considered a “health food” just because it’s plant-based. It’s not bad for you.

What makes this vegan Spaghetti Bolognese tasty?
The first was to make a delicious tomato-based sauce with the right consistency. There are a few components that make the sauce delicious, but they can be summed up in terms of herbs, and enhancers. So to make things easy we just used the traditional Prego tomato sauce and it came out delicious!! check out our The Best Jamaican Honey Jerk Salmon Rasta Pasta Recipe for more pasta dishes.
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”Matthew 6:33 NKJV
Seek the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Invite Him into your life so you can receive the gift of the Holy Ghost to renew and transform your mind. You will have love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. All these things God will add to your life. The Lord knows you, and he knows your heart. He knows what you need before you even ask. He is a provider and so much more. Make him Lord of your life and he will never leave you nor forsake you but he will continue to bless you and prosper you in all your ways.
