This grape nut Ice cream recipe is pretty simple when made at home it’s made up of heavy cream, grape nut, vanilla, coconut condensed milk, and a few optional ingredients rum extract and almond extract.

How To Make Rummy Nut Ice Cream
- Soak raisins in rum.
- Whip-heavy whipping cream.
- To a bowl add Condensed milk, vanilla, Almond Extract, Rum Extract, grape nuts, and raisins.
- Mix it well and add it to the heavy whipped cream
- Fold it in the whipped cream, until it is mixed well
- Add ice cream to a metal baking pan and cover with cling wrap then, place it in the freezer for 6-8 hours best results are overnight.
- There you have it now It’s time to serve your No-Churn Rummy Nut Ice Cream in an ice-cream cone, ice cream wafer, or in your favorite ice cream bowl or glass, or cup!
How Do I Substitute Condensed Milk For Ice Cream?
If you do not want to make your homemade ice cream with condensed milk, then simply replace the condensed milk with the vegan option of coconut condensed milk which is what we used. Or you can use Cashew or Almond milk.

How to make Jamaican Rummy Nut Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 cups Heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp Vanilla
- 1 can Condensed Milk preference
- 1/2 cup Grape Nuts
- 1 tbsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 pinch Salt
- 3 drops Rum Extract optional
- Soak Raisins
- Raisins
- Jamaican White Rum
- Taylor Port Wine or Red Label
Instructions
- Firstly, add heavy cream to a metal bowl with a hand-held mixer and mix until smooth similar to whipped cream.
- After it’s nice and firm but creamy add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and rum extract then whisk for 2 mins then add coconut condensed milk, rum extract, and almond extract.
- Fold in all the ingredients gently then freeze for 6-8 hours the same day but the best results are 24 hours.
