- 1 Onion diced

- 1/8 cup Grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese or store-bought
- 4 tbsp Dry Jerk Seasoning
- 5 tbsp Complete Seasoning
- Black pepper (to taste)

- 1 stalk Scallion chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil chopped
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
