How to make Rotisserie Chicken?
For rotisserie, cook over a rotisserie grill for 1 hour and 15 minutes until cooked through. Allow resting for 10 minutes before carving
- Soak Chicken in Lime and vinegar water for 10-15 mins to get rid of slime and rawness
- Mix the seasonings and set them aside.
- Pat the chicken dry and rub with olive oil and rub with the seasoning mixture.
- Stuff the chicken with lemons and limes or with onions, carrots, and potatoes
- Bend the wings behind the chicken and tie the legs together. You can tie the wings (and top to bottom too if think that makes your chicken more secure on the rotisserie that’s what I did but if your baking it in the oven just tie the legs)

To Oven Roast:
To make this recipe in a roasting pan:
You can achieve a similar effect by baking in your oven. If you go the oven route, it’s critical that you baste the chicken every 15 minutes or so. It’s a high-temp oven for crispness, but that means you can scorch the skin if you don’t keep it moist.
- Roast for 12 minutes at 450°F, then drop down to 350°F and roast for another 60 to 70 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 10 minutes to seal in the juices.
For the slow cooker
- Place the chicken in the slow cooker and cover. Cook on low for 7 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve immediately.

Notes
Spice Rub
Put together the spice blend of your choice by adding everything to a small bowl. stir it up and it’s done.
Leftovers
Cool leftovers quickly and store covered in the refrigerator. Use within 3 to 4 days. Or freeze and have it for at least 2 weeks
Roasted Garlic Rub
To make this recipe to the next level roast garlic and chop it up small then, cut up some fresh thyme with some butter in a bowl add about 3 tablespoons of the spice blend and mix it well rub it on the chicken all over then place it in the oven!
Coating the Chicken
Rub the spice bleak all over the chicken. Make sure to coat the entire chicken, top, bottom, sides, I even cut little holes in the chicken skin so I can get some of the spices can get under the skin so that it is well seasoned. (If you can marinate these spices in the chicken overnight do so because overnight helps infuse flavor and tenderize the chicken.)

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Matthew 5:16
Wisdom
Jesus is the light of the world. He is the ultimate gift from God. He died out of love for us, so all who believe could be forgiven. He took all of us, believers, out of darkness and brought us into his marvelous and precious light he So this little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine. Let it shine for all to see.
Pray for people, help people, heal people, cast out demons, show the world the power of the true and living God so they to can marvel at the works he does through us. Give God all the glory because it is always him. Love Jesus, shine bright in this world of darkness, and let everyone know the true meaning of life to know Jesus who is Lord overall.
