“Who is he who overcomes the world, but he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God?”
I John 5:5 NKJV
Wisdom
Jesus is the answer to all of our problems here on this earth. He helps us to overcome this world. He told us the truth, not just by his words but by his works. His actions proved who he was and still is. The Son of the Highest God. The Lord our God in the flesh. Our father healed the sick. Opened the eyes of the blind, he walked on water.
Rose from the dead and He was raised from the grave after 3 days. He did so much more than if it was all written down, all the books in the world could not contain how many miracles, signs, and wonders He did. He brought us the good news, the Gospel. That God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son. That whoever believes in Him, will not perish, but will have everlasting life. So once you believe in Jesus, you should be saved.
Wisdom Continued
But do not believe means you are condemned by the rest of the world. All those who do not believe will be judged and cast into the fire. For all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Everyone is a sinner, but only belief in Jesus can wash away your sin and make you new and righteous before God. For He nailed sin to the cross with Him and took it to the grave.
So now we can be free from sin through him. Transforming your mind and your ways into His ways. No longer living for yourself in sin, but living for God unto eternal life. Overcome this world of sin, and believe in Jesus unto eternal life. He does not wish that any should perish but that all should come to repentance, that all should come to the knowledge of the truth. For He is God, He is good, and his mercy endures forever.
